We are looking for a Team lead Business developer having a strong knowledge in client building relationships and upwork strategies. Company will do a contract just for the sake of security purpose by submitting an original educational document by the candidate. There will be on-site interviews. Identifying New Business Opportunities: Conduct market research, identify potential clients, partners, and new markets to drive growth.
Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure long-term partnerships and repeat business.
Sales and Revenue Generation: Develop strategies to increase sales, meet revenue targets, and achieve overall business objectives.
Proposal Development: Create proposals, presentations, and pitches that align with client needs and the company’s value propositions.
Collaborating with Teams: Work closely with marketing, sales, product, and other departments to align strategies and ensure consistent messaging.
Negotiation and Deal Closure: Negotiate contracts, terms, and agreements with clients, ensuring favorable terms for the company while satisfying the client.
Tracking and Reporting: Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs), generate reports on business development activities, and present findings to leadership.
Salary: 60k - 70k + commission Experience: 6 months - 1 year Timings: 2pm - 11 pm ( The timings may vary due to differences in time zones and client schedules.)
