HR Assistant Responsibilities :
Shift Timings: (6:00PM till 2:00AM)
Location: Gulshan-e-Iqbal Block 13/C
Job Type: Full-time
Experience:
HR Assistant Responsibilities :
- Assisting HR with recruitment processes, including candidate screening, interview support, and issuance of employment contracts.
- Handling internal and external inquiries and requests related to the HR department.
- Maintaining and organizing employee records in paper, digital, and electronic formats, including tracking holiday and sickness leave.
- Processing payroll and aiding in the documentation of employee compensation and benefits.
- Supporting HR-related training programs, workshops, and seminars.
- Entering employee information into the computer database.
- Coordinating logistics for new hire orientations.
- Writing and submitting reports on general HR activities.
- Overseeing HR events and meetings, and managing communication between management and employees.
- Continuously updating knowledge of HR best practices to enhance workplace efficiency.
