UI UX Developer
You will collaborate with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to design and implement user-centered solutions for our digital products.

- User Research & Analysis:
- Conduct user research through interviews, surveys, and usability testing.
- Analyze user feedback and behavior to inform design decisions.
- Create user personas and journey maps to guide design strategies.
- Design & Prototyping:
- Develop wireframes, mockups, and interactive prototypes for web and mobile applications.
- Design user interfaces that are visually appealing and user-friendly.
- Collaborate with developers to ensure designs are implemented accurately.
- Collaboration:
- Work closely with cross-functional teams including product managers, developers, and other designers.
- Participate in design reviews and provide constructive feedback.
- Advocate for user needs and best practices in design.
- Continuous Improvement:
- Stay updated with industry trends, tools, and best practices in UI/UX design.
- Iterate on designs based on user feedback and performance metrics.
- Enhance and maintain design systems and style guides.
- Proven experience (2+ years) in UI/UX design with a strong portfolio showcasing relevant work.
- Proficiency in design and prototyping tools such as Sketch, Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar.
- Experience with user research methods and usability testing.
- Strong understanding of web and mobile design principles, including responsive design and accessibility.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
