Transformation Consultant for RPSO Spin-off Project
Role: Transformation Consultant for a reputed bank in Oman
Experience: 7- 12yrs
Job description:
The Transformation Consultant will be responsible for driving the successful execution of the RPS Spin-off project, ensuring it aligns with the National Payment System (NPS) strategy. This role requires the development and management of communication strategies, project plans, and stakeholder engagement to facilitate the smooth transition of the project in alignment with the Pw C roadmap.

The RPS Spin-off is a high-priority project with significant implications for CBO’s strategic objectives and performance evaluation. The Transformation Consultant will be key to ensuring rapid project initiation and achieving efficient progress toward desired outcomes.

Qualifications and Experience:
- Bachelor's/Master’s degree in Business, Project Management, or a related field.
- Proven experience in leading large-scale transformation projects, preferably within the financial or payments sector.
- Strong understanding of project management methodologies.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Ability to align project goals with broader business objectives.
- Analytical thinking and problem-solving
- Time management and organizational skills
- Leadership and team coordination
- Strong verbal and written communication
- Familiarity with the National Payment System
