1. Develop a thorough understanding of the Oman payments marketplace and provide helpful insights and inputs for Business Development and growth opportunities 2. Implement appropriate strategies/initiatives to successfully convert the leads into business opportunities 3. Manage end-to-end sales process from lead generation to PO receipt 4. Perform regular Market Analysis and Prospecting to identify new clients and opportunities 5. Submit periodic reports to senior management on business, competitor and others 6. Establish sales and revenue objectives by forecasting and developing sales quotas as well as projecting revenues for existing and new products 7. Coordinate sales forecasting, planning and budgeting process within the organisation 8. Attend relevant industry events and represent OMA 9. Ensure clear and transparent communication between the internal and external(customer/client) teams to ensure expectation alignment 10.
