Develop and implement strategic sales and marketing plans to achieve revenue targets across all market segments, with a particular focus on MICE (Meetings, Incentives, Conferences, and Exhibitions) and corporate accounts.
Lead and motivate a team of 10 sales and marketing professionals to excel in a fast-paced, market-driven environment.
Foster and maintain strong relationships with key clients, including corporate partners and MICE organisers.
Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities and threats, adjusting strategies accordingly.
Oversee all promotional activities, advertising campaigns, and digital marketing efforts to enhance the property's visibility and appeal.
Manage budgets and forecasts to ensure optimal allocation of resources and maximum ROI.
Qualifications: Proven experience in a similar role within the African hospitality market. Strong background in managing MICE and corporate market segments.
