The ideal candidate will have a strong background in automobile sales, outstanding communication skills, and a passion for the automotive industry. Key Responsibilities:
Client Acquisition and Relationship Management:
Identify and pursue new sales leads and opportunities.
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, ensuring a positive buying experience.
Conduct vehicle presentations and test drives to prospective buyers.
Sales and Business Development:
Promote and sell new and pre-owned vehicles to meet and exceed sales targets.
Prepare and present sales proposals and negotiate terms to close deals.
Assist customers with financing options and vehicle trade-ins.
Market Research and Analysis:
Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market conditions, and competitive offerings.
Analyze customer feedback and market data to optimize sales strategies.
Customer Service:
Provide exceptional service before, during, and after the sales process.
Address and resolve customer inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally.
Administrative Duties:
Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions.
Prepare and submit regular sales reports and performance forecasts.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
Proven experience in automobile sales or a related field.
Strong knowledge of vehicles, automotive industry trends, and financing options.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and customer service skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel within the region.
