As a Business Enabling & Service Specialist, you support the business operations activities that enable us to deliver timely service support to our customers. You will also be responsible to support our customer contract management process as well as general office administration activites. This position comes about as a unique opportunity because of the global ASPIRE program, where Norway will deploy a global SAP solution to improve the way we handle data & insights from an end-to-end enterprise level.
The Opportunity, but not limited to the following
You lead and provide support for our customer contracts management, working with cross functional teams to deploy new tools that enable better contracts management and monitoring, improving the way we handle contract related data.
You support dispatch coordination with our internal service engineers to ensure timely service support to our customers.
You provide backoffice support for our service teams in areas around case billing, stock management & spare parts management
You also provide support on general office administration where needed
You collaborate cross functionally within the organization to resolve operational challenges and striving for process improvements.
Who You Are
You have a relevant qualification in Business, finance or other related field
You enjoy working with people and coordinating activities
You are analytical and passionate to work with system tools
You have excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Norwegian, enabling effective stakeholder communication.
You are a team player with high work ethics, practicing a result-oriented working style, possessing decision-making and implementation skills with a proven ability to work independently and under pressure, effectively prioritizing tasks.
