Business Analyst - Laboratory Information Management Systems

Job Description Working as a core member of our Digital Labs project, you will work as a bridge between our laboratory and IT teams and help to define user and technical requirements for the implementation of our new Laboratory Information Management Systems (LIMS). Our Digital Labs initiative is a flagship IT project and you will contribute to the number one leader in the TIC industry having a best-in-class IT infrastructure. You will be dedicated to our Lab Vantage system. More specifically, you will:
Support the gap analysis based on the user requirements identified by the Process Business Owners;
Participate in the definition of Functional Requirements Specifications and in their review facilitating their approval by the Process Business Owners;
Collaborate with LIMS delivery to translate FRS in user stories for developers and support testing activities;
Collaborate on the definition and maintenance of the User Acceptance Testing (UAT);
Collaborate with Process Business Owners on the LIMS process mapping vs Lab Process;
Ensure the standardization of the LIMS usage and minimize the level of customization applying whenever possible the out of the box procedures;
Collaborate with M&A on the assessment of the LIMS related impact;
Ensure appropriate quality and global LIMS processes are being followed for the specific LIMS processes;
Collaborate with the DQM to design the new test method when a new structure is required;
Review the guidelines associated to Master Data based on the LIMS template product inventory (Reports, EDDs, Instrument interfaces, system interfaces, etc.);
Execute the system functional testing when in pilot mode;
Collaborate with LIMS Training team on the definition of the training material.
Qualifications
Educated degree to level in Information Technology, Computer Science or Chemistry;
Proven experience working with Lab Vantage LIMS Software;
Fluent in English. Other languages are a benefit.
