Develop and maintain strong client relationships within relevant industries, particularly energy, heavy assets, or technology.
Package and conceptualize tailored services and end-to-end solutions, collaborating closely with customers to address their specific business challenges.
Identify business opportunities by leveraging your industry knowledge and professional network, working with senior leadership to drive growth.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery and maintain high levels of client satisfaction.
Find and attract key talent by identifying potential candidates from competitors and other business development roles to grow our team.
Stay current with industry trends and competitor activities to ensure Accenture Industry X is at the forefront of innovation and client service.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field.
15+ years of hands-on experience in business development, sales, or customer-facing roles in a similar domain.
Strong network within relevant industries such as energy, heavy asset, or technology, with proven experience in generating new business.
Experience in packaging and delivering services, including conceptualizing new service offerings and creating tailored solutions.
Expertise in building relationships with clients, partners, and key stakeholders, with strong communication and negotiation skills.
Experience with competitors in relevant industries, demonstrating success in business development roles.
Understanding of the latest technologies and industry trends to inform client strategies and service offerings.
Drive and understand resources management, with the ability to identify and sell resources effectively, maximizing value for clients.
