In the role as a Project Manager, you will strengthen the business value of Bulk Digital Infrastructure. You will be an important member of our Infra Projects Team in Bulk and your primary focus will be to deliver capital projects at our data-center campuses in northern Europe. The positions can be located in Kristiansand, Vennesla and Oslo. The roles will require mobility when sites are under development.

You will be:
  • Responsible for planning, execution and needed follow-up of the assigned projects (or sub-projects) within agreed frames and requirements regarding time, cost, and quality.
  • Contributing to project scoping (what, when and how)
  • Planning and organizing the project execution model.
  • Identify and analyze project risks including implementation and mitigating actions.
  • Identify and engage/involve relevant project stakeholders – externally like customers, neighbors, authorities etc. and internal Bulk resources, as needed.
  • Hiring and onboarding project resources needed to meet objectives.
  • Following up and manage the quality control – in design/engineering, construction/installation, and testing/commissioning phases of the projects.
  • Following up and monthly reporting on project costs and any time and quality/HSSE/environmental issues to the Project Owner.
  • Carrying out handovers towards external parties (customers, contractors etc.), perform lessons learned/project reports and close project.
  • Assisting our sales team in ongoing customer processes as needed/agreed.
  • Assisting our operations team with follow up complaints/guarantee issues after handover as agreed. This is to be done according to Bulks “Way We Work” and our HQSSE policies.

We are searching for Project Managers at levels from junior to senior in experience.
As a Senior Project Manager


  • A degree in Engineering and/or project management
  • Demonstrated minimum 15 years’ experience from similar roles
  • General IT skills, Microsoft Office
  • Good standard Norwegian and English skills

As a Junior Project Manager

  • A degree in Egineering and/or project management
  • Demonstrated minimum 3 years’ experience from similar roles
  • General IT skills, Microsoft Office
  • Good standard Norwegian and English skills
