Job Objective: The client is seeking for a highly organized and personable Trainers/Facilitators to join their team. The ideal candidates will design and deliver high-quality training programs, facilitating learning and capacity building for stakeholders, partners, and community members, aligned with the organization’s mission and strategic objectives. Key Responsibilities:
Design, develop, and deliver training programs aligned with the organization’s objectives.
Facilitate workshops, seminars, and conferences.
Develop training materials, manuals, and evaluation tools.
Monitor and evaluate training effectiveness.
Foster collaborative learning environments.
Provide coaching and mentoring support.
Collaborate with internal teams and external partners.
Stay updated on industry trends and best practices.
Key Requirements:
A degree in a Management Science, Education, Organizational Psychology or in any related field.
7+ years Cognate experience as a Leadership trainer/facilitator is desired.
Relevant certification in Leadership training and development programs.
Hands-on experience with Learning Management Software (LMS).
Strong knowledge of adult learning principles and instructional design.
Knowledge of traditional and modern training principles ▪ Strong leadership skill.
Ability to complete full training cycle (assess needs, plan, develop, coordinate, monitor and evaluate).
Excellent communication skills with the ability to facilitate people.
Strong understanding of training processes, benefits, and more.
Excellent communication, facilitation, and presentation skills.
