Tiktok Content Creator
About Us: Creatlie is a social media platform empowering Africans to connect, showcase their talents, and share their stories with a global audience. We're seeking a talented Tik Tok Content Creator to join our team and help us grow our online presence. Responsibilities: Content Creation: 1. Develop and produce high-quality, engaging Tik Tok content (videos, Reels, Live streams) aligned with our brand's tone and style. 2. Conceptualize and execute innovative content ideas, trends, and challenges. 3. Collaborate with our team to integrate brand messaging and promotions. Content Calendar Management: 1. Plan, schedule, and post content using Tik Tok's content calendar. 2. Ensure consistent posting (at least 3 times a week) and maintain brand's online presence. Engagement and Community Building: 1. Respond to comments, messages, and duets in a timely, professional manner. 2. Foster a strong community by interacting with followers, influencers, and other brands. 3. Monitor and report engagement metrics. Analytics and Optimization: 1. Track performance using Tik Tok Analytics and third-party tools. 2. Analyze data to refine content strategy and improve engagement. 3. Adjust content calendar accordingly. Brand Representation: 1. Embody our brand's values, tone, and aesthetic. 2. Ensure consistency across all Tik Tok content. 3. Collaborate with influencers and other brands. Requirements: 1. 2+ year of experience creating content for Tik Tok or similar platforms. 2. Strong understanding of Tik Tok's algorithm and trends. 3. Excellent video production, editing, and storytelling skills. 4. Ability to work independently and collaboratively. 5. Strong communication and time management skills. Nice to Have: 1. Experience with brand partnerships or influencer marketing. 2. Knowledge of SEO principles. 3.
