Security Officer
The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the safety and security of our patients, staff, and facility. This role requires a proactive individual who can monitor and manage security protocols, respond to emergencies effectively, and maintain a secure environment for all.Key

Responsibilities:
- Monitor and control entry and exit points to the facility, ensuring authorized access.
- Patrol the premises regularly to identify potential security risks or breaches.
- Respond promptly to alarms and incidents, providing support in emergency situations.
- Implement and uphold security policies and procedures to safeguard patients, staff, and property.
- Maintain detailed records of security incidents, observations, and daily activities.
- Collaborate with management and other departments to ensure the security plan aligns with the overall operational goals.
- Provide assistance to patients and visitors when necessary, maintaining a professional and courteous demeanor.
- Proximity to Yaba and its environs
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional security training or certification is an advantage.
- Proven experience as a security officer or similar role, preferably in a healthcare environment.
- Strong observational and problem-solving skills.Knowledge of security operations and procedures.
- Ability to remain calm under pressure and handle emergency situations effectively.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Physical stamina to stand or walk for long periods.
