Sales Rep - Supermarket
Supermarket - Ilupeju, Lagos
Work Days: Monday – Sunday (1 day off weekly), Overtime available. Sales Commission available.
Provide exceptional sales & customer service: greet, assist, and resolve customer queries.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Product Knowledge: Stay up-to-date on product features, benefits, and promotions.
- Sales and Customer Service: Engage customers, answer queries, and make recommendations.
- In-Store Promotions: Organize and execute promotions, demos, and displays.
- Stock Management: Monitor inventory, report stock issues, and restock shelves.
- Relationship Building: Develop strong relationships with store managers, staff, and customers.
- Sales Targets: Achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets.
- Reporting: Provide sales reports, market feedback, and customer insights.
- Achieve sales targets: meet or exceed daily/weekly/monthly sales goals.
- Product knowledge: stay up-to-date on products, promotions, and prices.
- Merchandising: maintain attractive displays, restock shelves, and rotate products.
- Inventory management: monitor stock levels, report discrepancies, and participate in stock counts.
- Maintain store appearance: clean, organized, and safe environment.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₦55,000.00 - ₦60,000.00 per month
Education:
- Post-secondary (technical & vocational) (Required)
Experience:
- Supermarket Sales Rep: 1 year (Required)
