Sales & Marketing Manager

  • Develop business planning activities and provide practical and creative inputs in developing new business initiatives.
  • Prepare sales contracts ensuring adherence to law-established rules and guidelines
  • Work closely with management to identify, communicate, and prioritize business development initiatives
  • Oversee annual renewal and retainership process, ensuring on-target retention of existing users
  • Analyse and prepare annual budget plans, schedule expenditures and ensure the sales team meets their quota and goals
  • Develop and implement targeted sales & marketing strategies to achieve business objectives
  • Develop and implement strategies and metrics to ensure and maintain customer relationships, satisfaction, and retention
  • Identify new prospects and business opportunities through phone calls, networking, cold calls, social media, etc.
  • Effectively manage client database
  • Effectively lead and manage the sales and marketing team
  • Liaise with other departments to ensure cohesive execution of sales and marketing initiatives
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to inform strategic decisions.
Job Requirement
  • Minimum of 4 years of experience in sales and marketing preferably within facility management, real estate, or construction
  • Proven Success in meeting sales targets and driving revenue growth
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to think critically and strategically
  • Proficiency in digital marketing and CRM Software
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From ₦300,000.00 per month
