Job Title: Sales Manager ( Real Estate) Location: Lekki Industry: Real Estate Remuneration: 250,000 - 350,000 Job : We are looking for a Sales Manager who will be responsible for driving sales by onboarding a diverse group of realtors to sell our properties. This role requires a candidate who is not only familiar with the real estate industry but also understands how realtors work and can effectively communicate, convince, and retain them. Key Responsibilities:
Onboard Realtors: Identify and onboard experienced individual realtors, realtor groups, and upcoming realtors to sell Oneland Africa’s properties.
Community Building: Build and nurture a thriving community of realtors who are motivated to sell our properties.
Training & Development: Provide training and support to onboarded realtors, ensuring they are well-equipped to succeed.
Retention Strategy: Develop and implement a retention plan to keep realtors engaged and loyal to Oneland Africa.
Relationship Management: Establish and maintain strong relationships with realtors, ensuring they have the resources and motivation to succeed.
Ideal Candidate:
Charismatic and confident with excellent communication skills.
Familiar with the workings of realtors and the real estate industry.
Ability to persuade, teach, and retain realtors.
Strong leadership and relationship-building skills.
Strategic thinker with a track record of driving sales growth.
Qualifications:
Proven experience in a sales, business development, or growth management role, preferably in the real estate industry.
Experience in community building or managing a network of professionals.
Ability to develop and execute strategies that align with business goals.
Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills.
