The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying sales opportunities, closing deals, and managing client relationships. A strong understanding of the real estate market, excellent communication skills, and the ability to consistently meet sales targets are crucial for this role. Key Responsibilities - Proactively seek new sales leads through cold calls, networking, and referrals. - Build and nurture strong relationships with both potential and existing clients to drive sales. - Present and sell properties based on client needs and preferences. - Perform market research to identify emerging trends and sales opportunities. - Organize and conduct property tours, showcasing available real estate options to clients. - Negotiate and finalize property transactions while consistently meeting monthly sales goals. - Work closely with the marketing team to create effective promotional strategies and campaigns. - Provide timely reports on sales performance, client feedback, and market insights. - Stay informed about real estate laws, regulations, and market trends. - Ensure that all sales documents, contracts, and listings are accurate and up to date. Candidate Requirements - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field. - A minimum of 4 years of experience as a Sales Executive in the real estate industry, with a proven track record of closing deals and achieving sales targets. - In-depth knowledge of the local real estate market and current industry trends. - Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. - Ability to establish and maintain strong relationships with clients. - Self-driven, with a passion for sales and a goal-oriented mindset. - Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Power Point) and CRM tools. - Capable of working both independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. - Must possess a valid driver’s license and be willing to travel for client meetings and property viewings.
