JOB DESCRIPTION
Responsibilities
Develop and implement strategic marketing and sales plans and forecast to achieve corporate objectives for product and services.
Develop and maintain operating budgets
Formulate, organize and develop marketing activities by identifying the property trends and new market opportunities
Responsible for achieving weekly targets
. Manage overall sales and marketing activities that includes market reseach, sales presentation, analysis of sales and marketing trend, advertising and marketing promotional events.
Update and manage social media profiles
Influence, communicate,motivates and inspires team members to achieve departmental objectives.
Provide guidelines and guidiance to personnel on the applications of departmental procedures.
Handle the relationship and negotiations on behalf of the company with clients locally and globally with a view of closing transactions.
Participate in the recruitment process for sales and marketing departments, determining staffing levels for the department surbodinate.
Provides recommendations on training and development of surbodinates.
Produce weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual reports to the management and directors of the company.
QUALIFICATION
excellent verbal and written communication
Knowledge of relevant documents associated with sales of properties at all stages of transactions.
must be a graduate in any discipline.
must have atleast 1 to 3 years experience in similar role with a real estate firm
posses leadership and interpersonal skills
A team player
Ability to generate leads and convert to sales
proficiency in microsoft word and excel
Have good administrative Skills etc.
