The Property manager/administrative officer will manage company properties, ensuring smooth operations, tenant satisfaction, and compliance with regulations, while handling essential administrative tasks to support office functions. Key Responsibilities: Tenant & Lease Management: Serve as the main contact for tenants, handle enquiries, manage rent collection, oversee lease agreements, and facilitate renewals. Maintenance & Repairs: Coordinate property inspections, arrange repairs, and oversee maintenance to meet safety and budgetary standards. Vendor Coordination: Work with vendors for property upkeep, negotiate contracts, and ensure service quality. Compliance & Safety: Ensure all properties comply with local regulations and health/safety standards. Office Administration: Handle daily office operations, order supplies, support meetings, and assist with budgeting. Record Keeping: Maintain property records, lease documents, maintenance logs, and tenant information. Qualifications & Skills: Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Property Management, or related field. Experience: 3-5 years in property management or office administration.
