The Chief Information Officer (CIO) is responsible for overseeing the IT and computer systems that align with the organization’s goals. This role focuses on innovation, collaboration, budget management, and motivating the IT team. Key Responsibilities: Develop and manage the IT business plan and budget. Oversee the operational management of all IT infrastructure. Ensure the effective design and adoption of EMR and software solutions. Lead IT governance processes and enforce data privacy and security policies. Coordinate risk assessment and manage information security. Support data analytics to inform strategic decisions. Manage current and future IT systems across the organization. Position the organization as a leader in digital healthcare solutions. Collaborate with stakeholders to enhance patient care and operational efficiency. Lead and develop the IT team to meet strategic goals. Maintain vendor relationships and ensure cost-effective IT services. Ensure staff are trained on technology use and information security best practices. Experience & Skills Required: 10+ years of experience in ERP/Enterprise Application systems, with a strong understanding of health services operations and IT infrastructure. Experience in system analysis, database administration, and SQL programming. Proficiency in IT architecture, infrastructure, application design, and IT governance. Proven experience as a CIO with a background in IT systems, data analysis, and business operations. Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills. A BSc/BA in computer science, engineering, or a related field; an MSc/MA is preferred.
