Key Responsibilities:
- Reviewing existing security measures and updating protocols as needed.
- Overseeing the daily operations of the company to identify potential security risks and room for improvements.
- Working with management to develop and implement an appropriate budget for security programs.
- Ensuring that the company's security policies comply with federal laws and legislations.
- Identifying potential security threats and developing strategies to mitigate risks
- Greet guests and provide them with superb customer service.
- Ensure the front desk is neat, presentable, and equipped with all the necessary supplies such as pens, forms, and paper.
- Answer all client questions and incoming calls.
- Redirect phone calls to the appropriate department and take down messages.
- Accept all letters and packages and distribute them to their appropriate departments.
- Monitor, organize and forward emails.
- Track and order office equipment and supplies.
- Maintain records and files
- Proven work experience as an ex-security personnel Chief Security Officer or similar role
- Must be extremely fit and agile
- Must possess basic computer skills
- Excellent Driving skills a plus
- Former Military service experience is a plus
- Thorough understanding of the latest security principles, techniques, and protocols
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
Pay: ₦100,000.00 per month
