Project Supervisor
Job Responsibility
· Lead the planning and implementation of project
· Facilitate the definition of project scope, goals and deliverables.
· Define project tasks and resource requirements.
· Develop full scale project plans.
· Assemble and coordinate project staff.
· Manage project budget.
· Plan and schedule project timelines
· Track project deliverables using appropriate tools.
· Provide direction and support to project team.
· constantly monitor and report on progress of the project to the Branch Manager and the Project Manager.
· Implement and manage project changes and interventions to achieve project outputs.
· Project evaluations and assessment of results.
· Supervise the procedures of handing over of projects to clients
Technical requirement for a project manager.
1. Knowledgeable in LEAN manufacturing/6sigma process.
2. Good project management skill.
3. Must be knowledgeable about safety health and environment.
4. Basic knowledge of HVAC system.
5. Understanding basic refrigeration cycle.
6. Identifications of refrigeration components and their uses.
7. Basic understanding of compressor, compressor sizes, their types and uses.
8. Understanding current, voltage and frequency.
9. Understanding basic electrical component and their functions.
10. Basic understanding of electrical connections and cable locking.
11. Basic understanding of metal joining process.
12. Understanding of heat transfer and recovery
13. Basic understanding of copper pipe brazing.
14. Basic understanding of copper pipe fitting and alignment.
15. Good undersigning of measurement both in metric and imperial.
16. Knowledgeable in engineering design using any designing software e.g, Auto-Cad, Revit solid works etc.
17. Ability to interpret engineering design.
18. Understanding of project monitoring software.
19. Understanding of digital electrical control system is an added advantage.
20. Basic knowledge of quality control and quality assurance.
Educational Qualification: Graduate of any Engineering Course (B. Eng Degree)
Years of Experience: 2 - 4
