Job Summary:
The Project Operations Supervisor is responsible for leading and managing the project team to ensure the successful execution of projects. He oversees project operations, including resource management, scheduling, and progress monitoring.
Responsibilities:
- Preparation of work schedules with contractors.
- Planning of project processes.
- Creating of budget Management of a team or communication with clients.
- Planning and development of project ideas.
- Monitoring projects progress and setting of deadlines.
- Provision of solution to issues arising on project sites.
- Ensuring compliance with safety regulations.
- Coordinate with suppliers and vendors to ensure timely and accurate delivery of materials and equipment.
- Resolve on-site operations discrepancies and issues promptly to minimize disruptions to project timelines.
- Collaborate with project teams to address logistical challenges and find effective solutions.
- Prepare and maintain logistics reports, documenting key metrics such as delivery times, inventory levels, and transportation costs.
- Monitor and update logistics vehicle reports, tracking vehicle usage, maintenance schedules, and fuel consumption.
- Ensure compliance with vehicle documentation, maintenance protocols, and safety standards.
- Degree in Civil Engineering or related fields.
- 5+ years as a project manager
- Project management skills.
- Good organizational skills.
- Multitasking ability.
- Excellent written and verbal communication.
- Exceptional interpersonal skills.
- Good time management.
