Job Description: We are seeking a reliable, trustworthy, and professional Personal Driver to provide safe and efficient transportation services. The ideal candidate will ensure the safe and timely arrival of the employer to various destinations, while maintaining a high level of professionalism, confidentiality, and discretion. The driver should have excellent driving skills, a good knowledge of local roads, and a commitment to the comfort and safety of the passenger. Key Responsibilities:
Safe and Timely Transportation: Transport the employer, family members, and/or guests to and from various destinations, including work, meetings, events, and personal engagements.
Vehicle Maintenance: Ensure the vehicle is clean, well-maintained, and in excellent working condition at all times. This includes routine checks (oil, tire pressure, etc.), fueling, and arranging for regular servicing.
Route Planning: Plan the most efficient routes to ensure timely arrivals, using knowledge of local traffic patterns, or navigation systems to avoid delays.
Confidentiality & Discretion: Maintain a high level of discretion and confidentiality regarding the employer's personal matters, conversations, and schedule.
Safety: Follow all traffic laws and regulations. Prioritize the safety of the employer and passengers during each journey.
Punctuality: Be punctual and available for last-minute schedule changes or emergencies.
Client Interaction: Greet the employer and guests warmly and professionally. Assist with luggage or personal items when needed.
Record Keeping: Keep a log of mileage, fuel consumption, and maintenance schedules.
Flexibility: Be available for occasional long hours or weekend work as required by the employer's schedule.
Qualifications & Skills:
Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
Proven experience as a personal driver or professional chauffeur.
Familiarity with local streets, routes, and traffic regulations.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to remain calm and composed in high-pressure situations.
High level of trustworthiness and integrity.
Ability to handle confidential information discreetly.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to providing a top-tier service.
Flexibility and availability for occasional overtime or schedule changes.
Professional appearance and demeanor.
Ability to perform basic vehicle maintenance tasks or the ability to coordinate with service providers.
Working Hours:
Flexible, based on employer’s schedule. Availability for evenings, weekends, and occasional overnight trips may be required.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Pay: ₦80,000.00 - ₦90,000.00 per month Ability to commute/relocate:
Ikeja: Reliably commute or willing to relocate with an employer-provided relocation package (Preferred)
