Job Position: Personal Assistant to the Managing Director Job Location: Lagos Job Description
Provide comprehensive administrative support to ensure efficient daily operations
Manage executive's emails and calls, ensuring timely responses and prioritization of tasks
Lead and oversee business projects, ensuring timely execution within defined scope and budget
Manage truck logistics and track repairs
Identify operational challanges, propose solutions and proactively addresses issues
Manage the executives calender, schedule meetings, co-ordinate travel and organize events across time zones
Requirements
Candidate should have a Bachelor's Degree in any field
Minimum of 2 years of experience is required
Preferred candidate should be male for gender balance
Candidates that reside in and around surulere and environs will be given priority
