Booking and following up with appointments.
Liaising with current staff to ensure smooth flow of home operations.
Taking & summarizing minutes of meetings.
Home and personal inventory management.
Handling expenses and reconciliation.
Requirements
A Bachelor degree/HND (with adequate work experience as a personal Assistant or related role).
Good communication and organization skills.
Must be resident in Lekki or Living within 1 hour drive from Lekki.
Must be a Computer literate;
Must be able to use Microsoft office suite and Google Workspace tools effectively.
Honest, open-minded and willing to learn.
Candidate should be a positive self starter with a high level of initiative and motivation.
Clear spoken and written English
A high level of discretion and patient.
Candidate must have clear, traceable and accessible references and a next of kin which is a family member.
A Good knowledge of getting around Lagos is an added advantage.
