Urgent Hiring!!! Position Title : Personal Assistant Job Location: Lekki-Ajah axis Salary :120k to 150k Responsibilities
Act as the point of contact between the manager and internal/external clients
Screen incoming calls, inquiries, and requests directed to the MD, prioritizing and responding appropriately Manage the MD's calendar, travel arrangements, and accommodations, including booking flights, hotels, and transportation.
Take minutes, notes, and action items during meetings, and follow up on action points to ensure completion
Produce reports, presentations and briefs
Liaise with internal departments, external stakeholders, and clients on behalf of the MD, fostering positive relationships and clear communication.
Requirements
Tech-savvy and experience with word processing and email programs
Proven work experience as a personal assistant
Knowledge of office management systems and procedures
MS Office and English proficiency
Outstanding organizational and time management skills
Up-to-date with the latest office gadgets and applications
Ability to multitask and prioritize daily workload
Excellent verbal and written communications skills
Discretion and confidentiality
Qualifications: OND/ B.Sc/HND in any field
1-2 years experience in any Administrative position
Computer literacy (proficiency in the use of Ms word, Power Point &Excel)
