Space Mould is looking to hire an Operations Manager to oversee the day-to-day activities of the firm and ensure efficiency and productivity. The ideal candidate would be an architect with strong interior design experience. They should also possess strong organisational, communication and people skills. Integrity, loyalty and a proactive attitude are a must.

Responsibilities
- Managing operations of the firm to improve performance and optimize efficiency.
- Managing operations of the firm to improve performance and optimize efficiency.
- Managing staff, including supervising, hiring, training etc as well as delegating tasks and resolving internal and external conflicts that may arise.
- Ensuring best-in-class quality of output within the firm through QA /QC protocols and KPI structures.
- Optimizing internal collaborations and communications to ensure legal and regulatory compliance as well as a general synergy across the firm.
- Manage project budgeting and resource inventory.
- Examine financial data to ensure and improve profitability.
- Formulate strategic and operational objectives.
- A Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Architecture or Interior Design.
- A Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Architecture or Interior Design.
- Professional certifications in operations management, business administration or related fields of study would be an added advantage.
- Strong analytical, communication, and computer skills.
- Ethical behavior.
- Attention to detail.
- 5+ years’ proven experience in an operations management position preferably in architecture or construction.
- Demonstrated ability in developing, monitoring and managing project budgets.
