Operations Manager
- Providing introductory information to new customers
- Serve as the client's first point of contact, offering tailored support and guidance to our clients and prospects.
- Proactively communicating with clients and prospects and attending to their phone calls, chats, messages and emails.
- Respond to clients’ questions and concerns in a timely, and professional manner
- Working at the backend to process clients transactions
- Ensuring that customers are satisfied with products or services
- Following up with clients or customers to check that they’re still satisfied with our services
- Determining the quickest, most effective ways to answer a client’s or customer’s questions
- Escalating queries and concerns to the right channel
- Troubleshooting common issues with a product or service
- Working with a team of CSRs and other departments to find appropriate solutions to client related issues
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records and documentation.
- Assist in gathering information from clients and filling out the appropriate forms.
- Proficiently draft convincing explanation letters for clients.
- Possess the ability to think critically, creatively, and independently to identify the right approach for problem-solving at each given time.
- Research programs, policies and other relevant materials so as to to stay updated consistently.
- Proofread correspondence, forms, and other documents, and revise client information for accuracy.

Pay: ₦100,000.00 - ₦200,000.00 per month
