Job Description
The Marketing Officer will play a vital role in connecting customers with Aviya Residence and Apartments Limited's offerings. This position involves developing marketing strategies that resonate with target audiences, enhancing brand visibility, and driving customer engagement. Key Responsibilities:

Performance Analysis:

Leadership and Team Collaboration:

Qualifications Education and Experience:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field
Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a marketing role, preferably in real estate, property development, or a related industry.
Proven track record of developing successful marketing campaigns that align with business objectives and drive customer engagement.
Demonstrated experience in customer relationship management and brand promotion, ideally within a customer-focused environment.
Proficiency in digital marketing tools, CRM software, and analytics platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, SEMrush, Hootsuite) for performance tracking and campaign optimization.
