We are recruiting for the job identified below Job Title: LPG Sales Representative Location: Lagos Job brief: The LPG Sales Representative is responsible for executing plans to meet the set LPG targets in volume and margin through product marketing and customer acquisition in his/her location while ensuring profitability. Responsibilities not limited to:
Gather market intelligence by collecting vital information around competitor’s activities.
In charge of the customer service by communicating correctly any messages intended to our customers.
Ensure adherence to the sales process to achieve market share gains within key Customer segment.
Promotion of client’s brand to drive sales.
Responsible for the safe keeping of the support resources provided by the company to ensure smooth operations in the field e.g., tricycle, cylinders etc
Assist in filling and delivery when necessary.
Maintain contact and good relationship with all customers and ensure high level customer satisfaction.
Establish close business relationships with the customer and act as a contract negotiator in transactions.
Resolving customers delivery concerns and escalating all matters to the responsible persons.
Sustains rapport with key accounts by making periodic visits; exploring specific needs; anticipating new opportunities.
Responsible for giving feedback to operations on any consumer complaints.
Qualification / Experience
OND/SSCE
1 year sales experience in the oil and gas industry would be an added advantage.
Candidate should live in Egbeda or its environs.
