Job Summary:
We are looking for an energetic and persuasive Loan Telemarketing Representative to join our team. In this role, you will focus on making outbound telephone calls to potential customers, promoting our loan products, and generating leads. Your primary goal is to engage potential clients, explain loan options, and guide them through the initial steps of the loan application process.
JOB DESCRIPTION
High-Volume Calling: Conduct a high number of outbound telephone calls daily to prospective customers, following up on leads, and introducing our loan products.
Product Promotion: Present and explain the features and benefits of various loan products, including personal, auto, and home loans, ensuring customers understand their options.
Lead Generation: Identify and qualify potential customers through effective communication and by understanding their financial needs.
Customer Engagement: Build rapport with customers over the phone, addressing their questions, concerns, and objections with accurate information and professional service.
Appointment Setting: Schedule appointments for customers to speak with loan officers for detailed consultations or to proceed with the loan application process.
Sales Goals: Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly calling and sales targets, contributing to the team’s overall success.
Data Entry: Accurately record customer information, call outcomes, and follow-up actions in the CRM system.
Compliance: Adhere to all company policies, telemarketing regulations, and financial services industry standards while conducting calls.
Feedback Loop: Provide insights and feedback to the sales team on customer responses and market trends, helping refine telemarketing strategies..
QUALIFICATION
Experience: Prior experience in telemarketing, call centers, or a related field, particularly in the financial services or loan industry, is preferred.
