The Life Manager will lead efforts to expand the firm’s life insurance portfolio, focusing on client acquisition, relationship management, and policy sales.
This role requires an experienced professional with in-depth knowledge of life insurance products, a strong client network, and a strategic approach to sales and customer service.
The Life Manager will develop and execute strategies to meet sales targets, enhance client satisfaction, and drive market penetration.
Key Responsibilities
Business Development: Identify new business opportunities, focusing on life insurance policies for individual and corporate clients.
Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing personalized guidance and support on life insurance needs.
Performance Monitoring: Track and evaluate individual and team performance metrics, adjusting strategies to ensure targets are met.
Marketing & Promotion: Collaborate with the marketing team to create campaigns that promote life insurance products and engage target audiences.
Sales Strategy: Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual life insurance targets.
Team Leadership: Lead a team of life insurance agents, providing guidance, training, and support to drive optimal performance.
Product Knowledge: Stay updated on life insurance products and industry trends to educate clients and recommend appropriate solutions.
Risk Assessment: Conduct risk assessments for potential clients, ensuring product recommendations align with their needs and risk profiles.
Compliance: Ensure that all sales activities are conducted in line with regulatory and compliance standards.
Qualifications and Skills
Education: Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Insurance, Business Administration, or a related field.
Experience: At least 3 years of experience in life insurance, with a minimum of 2 years in a leadership or managerial role.
Leadership Skills: Proven experience in team management, with the ability to motivate and develop sales agents.
Sales Acumen: Strong sales skills with a demonstrated ability to meet and exceed life insurance sales targets.
Communication: Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and presentation skills, capable of engaging diverse clientele.
