Ensure an excellent guest experience by maintaining high standards in all areas of the hotel.
Resolve guest complaints promptly, ensuring satisfaction and encouraging repeat business.
Act as the primary point of contact for VIP guests and manage guest relations.
Operations Management:
Oversee daily hotel operations, including front desk, housekeeping, food and beverage services, and facilities maintenance.
Monitor performance metrics (e.g., occupancy rates, revenue, customer satisfaction scores) and develop strategies for improvement.
Manage the coordination of events, conferences, and special guest requests.
Staff Management:
Hire, train, and supervise hotel staff, ensuring adherence to service standards and policies.
Create and manage staff schedules, including weekend coverage, to ensure sufficient staffing levels at all times.
Foster a positive work environment, promoting teamwork, and addressing performance issues.
Financial & Budget Management:
Prepare and manage the hotel's budget, focusing on cost control and revenue maximization.
Analyze financial reports, set room rates, and create strategies to increase profitability.
Manage vendor relationships, negotiate contracts, and oversee inventory and supply orders.
Health & Safety Compliance:
Ensure compliance with local health and safety regulations, as well as company policies and standards.
Regularly inspect facilities for cleanliness, safety, and functionality.
Implement safety protocols and provide training to staff on emergency procedures.
Qualifications / Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
3 - 4 years of experience in hotel management or a related field.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.
Proficiency in hotel management software and familiarity with budget management.
Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
