Responsibilities
You will handle market research, develop messaging and market positioning around products and take part in presentations and events.
Build on product messaging that sets Opendashboard products apart from others in the market to give Opendashboard a unique selling point
Obtain insights into customers’ usage of current products, untapped opportunities and buyer personas, through research, interviews, surveys, focus groups and sales data
Identify opportunities to implement and then innovate world-class campaigns
Identify and develop channel opportunities with technology partners
Requirements:
A good understanding of customer journeys and sales funnel, with experience in mapping creative/content and data requirements geared towards personalisation.
Comfortable with tech tools and analytics platforms like Google Analytics, Facebook pixels etc
Data-driven - strong Excel and data management skills
Knowledge of marketing effectiveness measurement, marketing KPI and metrics
Knowledge of growth hacks and the ability to come up with one as the need arises.
