Cleaning And Sanitizing: Clean patient rooms, including changing linens, emptying trash, and disinfecting surfaces. Sanitize common areas such as lobbies, waiting rooms, restrooms, and corridors. Disinfect high-touch surfaces like doorknobs, handrails, and elevator buttons.
Waste Management: Properly dispose of medical waste following hospital and regulatory guidelines.Empty and replace liners in trash receptacles throughout the hospital. Handle biohazard waste with appropriate precautions.
Floor Maintenance: Sweep, mop, and vacuum floors regularly Buff and wax floors as needed. Address spills promptly to prevent slips and falls.
Reporting And Communication: Report maintenance issues such as broken fixtures or malfunctioning equipment. Communicate effectively with hospital staff and management about any cleaning needs or concerns.Identify and report maintenance issues.
Supply Management: Monitor cleaning supply inventory and request replenishments as necessary. Ensure that all cleaning equipment is in good working conditions.
Requirements
Candidates should possess an SSCE / GCE / NECO qualification with a minimum of 1-year work experience.
Should live within proximity of the Maitama axis.
