Key Responsibilities: 1. Network & System Management * Install, configure, and maintain hardware, software, and network systems, including servers, routers, firewalls, and other infrastructure components. * Monitor network performance, identify potential issues, and implement solutions to enhance system efficiency and reliability. 2. User Support & Troubleshooting * Provide technical support to end-users for hardware, software, and network-related issues. * Diagnose and resolve technical issues, escalating complex problems as necessary. * Create and maintain a knowledge base for end-users with guides and resources for self-service. 3. System Updates & Maintenance * Conduct regular updates for software, hardware, and network systems to ensure compliance and optimal performance. * Plan and coordinate scheduled maintenance to minimize disruption to operations. * Manage IT assets and inventory, ensuring proper documentation of all IT resources. 4. Project Support * Assist in IT-related projects, including system upgrades, migrations, and new technology implementations. * Coordinate with vendors and external support teams as needed to facilitate project completion. 5. Documentation & Reporting * Document all technical procedures, system configurations, and IT processes. * Generate reports on IT system performance, incidents, and usage as required.
