Drive instore sales and online sales of company products.
Drive online sales of company products through social media channels
Help customers find the products that are right for them and explain their various features and benefits
Build trust relationships with customers through excellent customer service
Process customer orders
Resolve customer issues and complaints promptly and efficiently
Offer a solution to customers’ enquiries. If not available, proffer alternatives
Encourage referrals from customers
Meet sales goals and target as determined by the management

Requirements
Minimum of OND/BSc/HND in a relevant field
1 - 2 years’ experience as a sales representative in a fashion business
Experience in Customer service is desirable
Fashionable and conversant with fashion trends
Must be proficient with internet and social media
Candidate must live close to the job location: Magodo Shangisha, Lagos.
