We are recruiting on behalf of our client to fill the position below:
As the HR Manager, you'll be responsible for managing human resources and administrative functions which include recruitment, onboarding, payroll, benefits, office management, and leading HR Functions.
Key Responsibilities
Manage the onboarding process, including paperwork, orientation, and training.
Process payroll accurately and on time, ensuring compliance with all relevant laws and regulations.
Manage employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and other benefits.
Maintain employee records and updated HR databases.
Ensure compliance with employment laws, health and safety regulations, and company policies.
Conduct regular compliance audits and implement corrective measures as needed.
Oversee the day-to-day operations of the office, ensuring a productive and efficient work environment.
Manage office supplies and procurement processes.
Coordinate maintenance and repairs of office equipment.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, including personnel files, time sheets, and attendance records.
Manage company documentation and filing systems.
Requirements
Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Minimum of 5+ years of experience in HR/Admin roles, preferably in one of the big 4 or a similar-sized organisation
Strong knowledge of employment laws, labor relations, and HR best practices.
Proficiency in HR software and systems (e.g., payroll systems, HRIS).
Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Certification in Human Resources Management.
Experience with employee relations and conflict resolution.
