The successful candidate will provide strategic HR support to clients, leveraging consultancy expertise to drive business outcomes. Key Responsibilities: 1. Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with client business objectives. 2. Provide expert advice on HR best practices, talent management, and organizational development. 3. Conduct HR diagnostics, analyze data, and recommend solutions to clients. 4. Design and implement HR processes, policies, and procedures. 5. Facilitate training, workshops, and coaching sessions for clients. 6. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their business needs. 7. Collaborate with our team to develop and deliver HR solutions. 8. Conduct market research and competitor analysis to inform HR strategies. 9. Evaluate effectiveness of HR initiatives and recommend improvements. 10. Stay up-to-date with Nigerian labor laws, regulations, and industry trends. Requirements: 1. Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field. 2. Professional certifications (CIPM, SHRM, HRCI) are an added advantage. 3. HRBP Experience in a consultancy firm. 4. Proven track record of delivering HR solutions to clients. 5. Strong business acumen, analytical, and problem-solving skills. 6. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills. 7. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. 8. Strong knowledge of Nigerian labor laws and regulations.
