We are recruiting to fill the position below:
Manage the sourcing process of factory workers and onboarding.
Handle employee relations issues and resolve conflicts effectively.
Handle HR documentation and reporting.
Create and manage salary files using Microsoft excel.
Foster a positive workplace culture and lead workers engagement initiatives.
Perform other HR duties as required.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
Minimum of 2-3 years of HR experience, preferably in the manufacturing sector.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
Candidate must reside within Mowe, Ibafo, Berger and its environs.
