Hospital Manager

The Wellington Clinics, established on February 22nd, 2011, is a private, free-standing specialist hospital located at Plot 321 Gidan Fulani Street, Dape, Life Camp, Abuja. Wellington Clinics offers a comprehensive range of healthcare treatment options for children, adolescents, and adults facing various health challenges. Our facility is designed and furnished with the most advanced medical and surgical technologies available globally, enhancing our ability to deliver high-quality care to our patients. We are recruiting an experienced candidate to join our team in the capacity below:
Job Position: Hospital Manager
Job Location: Abuja (FCT)
Resumption Date: 1st October, 2024.
Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee daily operations to ensure the delivery of high-quality healthcare services
  • Manage and develop hospital staff, focusing on human resource strategies
  • Develop and implement financial strategies to optimize hospital performance
  • Lead strategic initiatives to improve patient care and hospital efficiency.
Qualifications
  • Master’s Degree (MSc) in a relevant field
  • Experience: Minimum of 5 years in healthcare and hospital management.
