Manage and respond to phone calls, emails, and messages. 3. Handle appointments, schedules and bookings. 4. maintain accurate records and databases. 5. Provide information and answer queries, process payments and handle transactions. REQUIREMENTS 1. Minimum of 2-3 years of customer service and administrative experience. 2. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills. 3. Proficient in MS Office and Google Suite. 4. Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks. 5. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. 6. Friendly, approachable, and professional demeanor. 7. Minimum of Bachelor's Degree. 8. Must live around Festac Town, Lagos.
