SALARY: 350,000

JOB TITLE: Food & Beverage Manager
LOCATION: Ikoyi
SALARY: 350,000
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- - Develop and curate an extensive wine menu, including selecting wines that complement the restaurant's cuisine.
- - Oversee all food and beverage operations, ensuring high-quality service and product standards.
- - Manage inventory, including ordering, storage, and tracking of food and beverage supplies.
- - Train and supervise staff on service standards, menu offerings, and wine knowledge.
- - Create and implement promotional strategies to enhance beverage sales, particularly focusing on wine events and pairings.
- - Monitor financial performance, including budgeting, forecasting, and cost control.
- - Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and maintain hygiene standards in all areas.
- - Collaborate with the kitchen team to create cohesive food and wine pairings.
- - Engage with guests to provide personalized service and address any inquiries or concerns regarding the menu.
- - Analyze customer feedback and industry trends to continually improve offerings and service.
- - Bachelor’s degree in hospitality management, food science, or a related field.
- - Minimum of 4 years of experience in food and beverage management, with a focus on wine selection and menu development.
- - Strong knowledge of wine varietals, regions, and pairing principles.
- - Excellent leadership and communication skills.
- - Ability to manage multiple tasks and work in a fast-paced environment.
- - Strong financial acumen and experience in budget management.
- - Passion for food and beverage, with a commitment to exceptional customer service. .
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₦350,000.00 per month
