Role Overview
As a Field Sales Officer, you will be responsible for promoting and selling our products directly to customers in designated geographical areas. Your primary focus will be to acquire new customers, as well as nurture and maintain existing relationships. You will act as the face of our brand, ensuring that customers have a positive experience and are provided with all the necessary information about our products and services. Your strong communication and sales skills will be essential in achieving and exceeding sales targets and contributing to the company's overall success.
Responsibilities

Sales and Customer Acquisition

Actively approach potential customers and engage in face-to-face sales interactions to promote our products.

Build and maintain a strong pipeline of leads through effective prospecting and cold calling.

Identify customer needs and provide tailored solutions to meet their requirements.

Relationship Building

Nurture and maintain relationships with existing customers to encourage repeat business and referrals.

Ensure excellent customer service and address any customer inquiries or concerns promptly and professionally.

Product Knowledge

Develop a deep understanding of our product catalogue to effectively communicate product features, benefits, and specifications to customers.

Stay updated on industry trends and competitors' products to provide informed recommendations to customers.

Sales Targets

Achieve and exceed individual and team sales targets within assigned territories.

Regularly report on sales activities, progress, and challenges to the Sales Supervisor.

Market Intelligence

Gather market feedback and insights from customers to identify trends, preferences, and opportunities for improvement.

Provide valuable feedback to the Marketing and Product teams to enhance our offerings.

Sales Documentation

Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities, customer interactions, and sales orders.

Prepare and submit necessary sales reports as required.

Sales Events and Promotions

Participate in sales events, promotions, and product launches to generate leads and increase brand awareness.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Field Sales Officer, Sales Representative, or similar role, preferably in E-commerce or retail.

Strong interpersonal and communication skills, capable of building rapport with customers.

Results-driven with a track record of achieving and surpassing sales targets.

Ability to work independently and proactively in a dynamic and fast-pacedenvironment.

Strong negotiation and closing skills with the ability to handle objections effectively.

Flexibility to travel within assigned territories and work during weekends or extended hours when required.

High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education in sales or a related field is a plus.

This role requires willing to travel.

High school diploma or GED required; bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred. Proven experience in sales or customer service, preferably in a field sales role. Strong communication and negotiation skills.
