With Cart AGRO, farmers, businesses, and buyers can engage in secure transactions and streamline their operations. Job Summary: We are looking for a motivated Field Sales Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating sales opportunities and expanding Cart AGRO’s network of farmers and buyers. This role demands a high level of customer engagement, data analysis, and a proactive approach to meeting sales targets. The successful candidate will reside around Maryland, Magodo, Anthony, or Ikeja and will work closely with the sales and marketing teams to drive Cart AGRO's growth. Key Responsibilities: Identify and target potential customers, including farmers, agro-processors, and buyers, to expand Cart AGRO’s user base. Conduct regular field visits to engage potential clients, provide product presentations, and demonstrate the benefits of using Cart AGRO. Monitor and analyze sales trends and prepare daily and weekly reports to assist in strategy adjustments. Collaborate with the marketing team to implement targeted campaigns and collect customer feedback. Work towards set sales targets, with monthly incentives based on performance & target. Build and maintain positive relationships with customers to encourage long-term engagement. Qualifications: Prior experience in sales, field marketing, or a similar role, preferably within the agricultural or tech sector. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a passion for customer engagement. Self-motivated and result-driven with the ability to work independently and in a team. Familiarity with market dynamics in agriculture and the ability to travel within the assigned region. Knowledge of sales reporting and CRM tools is a plus.
