Job Overview
We are looking for an experienced and dedicated Executive Assistant to support our senior leadership team.
The Executive Assistant will provide high-level administrative support to the hospital’s executive leadership.
This individual will be responsible for handling sensitive information, managing executive schedules, and coordinating hospital-wide initiatives to ensure seamless operations.
Key Responsibilities
Manage the daily schedules, appointments, and meetings for hospital executives.
Serve as a point of contact between executives, department heads, and external stakeholders.
Prepare meeting agendas, take minutes, and follow up on action items.
Organize and facilitate internal meetings, conferences, and other hospital events.
Handle confidential information with discretion and integrity.
Assist in special projects and tasks as directed by the executive team.
Draft, review, and distribute correspondence, memos, reports, and presentations.
Coordinate travel arrangements, including flights, accommodation, and itineraries for executives.
Assist in the preparation of reports and presentations for board meetings and other high-level hospital events.
Oversee office supplies, equipment, and inventory for executive offices.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Management, or a related field preferred.
Minimum of 2 years of experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar role, preferably in a healthcare setting.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Power Point, Outlook) and other office software.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks.
Ability to work independently, take initiative, and handle multiple projects simultaneously.
Professional demeanour and strong interpersonal skills.
