We are seeking a skilled Customer Service Representative who will be the first point of contact for our guests, responsible for providing top-tier service and assisting with any requests or concerns.
This role requires a dynamic individual with a positive attitude, excellent communication skills, and a strong commitment to ensuring guest satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
Greet guests upon arrival with a friendly and professional demeanor.
Check-in/check-out guests efficiently, ensuring all information is accurately entered into the system.
Address guest inquiries, concerns, and requests promptly, either in person, via phone, or email.
Provide information about hotel amenities, services, and local attractions.
Handle reservations and bookings, including changes or cancellations, as needed.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the front desk area.
Resolve guest complaints or issues with a focus on delivering timely solutions and ensuring guest satisfaction.
Process payments and ensure proper billing procedures are followed.
Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and other departments to fulfill guest needs.
Uphold hotel policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with safety and security standards.
Assist with administrative tasks as needed, including answering phone calls, filing, and managing guest correspondence.
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor's degree preferred).
Previous experience in customer service, preferably within the hospitality industry (hotel experience is a plus).
Strong communication skills and a friendly, approachable demeanor.
Ability to multitask and work well in a fast-paced environment.
Basic computer skills and familiarity with hotel management software (preferred but not required).
Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to remain calm under pressure.

Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.
