Job Description
We are seeking a customer-oriented and detail-oriented Customer Care Representative to join our team.
As a Customer Care Representative, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and support to our subscribers.
Responsibilities
Respond to customer inquiries and complaints via phone, email, and chat
Resolve customer issues and problems efficiently and effectively
Process customer orders and subscriptions
Provide information about products and services
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions
Assist with marketing campaigns and promotions.
Skills

Salary
N300,000 - N500,000 monthly.
